Dimple Dell Recreation Center, run by Salt Lake County Parks & Recreation in Sandy, offers weekly summer Recreation Camps where kids stay active with games, sports, and creative activities. Camps run Monday-Friday and are split into morning and afternoon half-day blocks-register for both to cover a full day. Held at an indoor facility with a pool, waterslide, climbing wall, and ball courts; participants bring their own lunch.

★★★★★Raghav ChandraToo many activities to perform, from aquatic to rock climbing to gym to many more. It's very much affordable. I had to just pay $32 for 8 swim team lessons while in other places I was paying $40 per class. Just one thing to note, since it's publically very much accessible, some of the things are booked pretty much a month in advance. So you need to plan very well.

Pool area, warm water, rock climbing, clean gym and nice equipment, several ball courts along with track and pickle ball courts. The doors open in the pool area were so refreshing for air flow. Just great! No complaints!
★★Snjezana BI love taking my kids to Dimple Dell, the childcare staff is fantastic and the facility is alway clean. My top complaint is with the pool, based on 6 separate visits to the pool between November and February the outside doors have been open EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. It is very frustrating. The water on the kids’ side of the pool is always too cold, and the doors leading to the locker rooms (and the air conditioned area) are always open, adding another cold draft on the young kids. I wish someone in a leadership position at the rec center would address this.
★atosa rastehThe water is pretty cool, even though it’s “heated” and they keep the doors open, probably because it gets humid inside. My poor son turns purple everytime we go there, and price wise, it’s pretty pricey for what you get. Anyway, I’ve tried it a few times hoping for a better outcome, because it’s LITERALLY right next to my house, but I think I’ll go elsewhere.
