Its a very nice place to take family,friends, and even family gatherings or just to hang around. Their gym is amazing and they have a gym that you can practice basketball and it holds mostly everything you need. They even provide food and the food is very good. The outside and inside swimming are amazing and very dependable if you wanna swim every week or everyday.

Ah yes, the classic “almost great, but…” experience. West Valley Family Fitness Center has a lot going for it—the facility itself is nice, clean, and the pool is actually pretty great. If you’re just going to swim and vibe, you’ll be happy. BUT… let’s talk about real life. Class times are limited, so if your schedule isn’t perfectly aligned with theirs, good luck 😅 And the family changing rooms? There are only FOUR. Which feels like a bold choice for a family fitness center. It’s basically a game of “who’s getting out of the pool first and sprinting to claim one.” Now… the showers. Why are they so aggressive?! The water pressure is giving “power washer” energy. Trying to rinse off a kid turns into a full-contact sport. My child left cleaner… but also mildly offended. Overall, it’s a solid spot with a nice pool and good potential—but a few things definitely make you work for it.

I highly recommend. This place has everything. An awesome indoor pool with lap swimming, lazy river, awesome slide. The temperature is nice and I did not notice any discomfort. The facility is clean. The staff were friendly. There’s a full access workout gym. There’s a full court basketball indoors. There’s a play place for kids. There’s a rock climbing wall. You won’t be disappointed. I’ll be back.
