Premier School of Dance has taught dance in the Triangle for about 30 years from its Ashville Avenue studio in Cary, positioning itself as a recreational, relaxed alternative to competition-focused studios. Its published summer offering is a set of summer dance classes with online registration; no summer camp weeks, ages or daily hours appear on the site.

Powered by GoogleI am absolutely thrilled with my experience so far at Premier School of Dance. The instructors are top-notch, bringing a wealth of knowledge and passion to each class. They have a unique ability to connect with students of all ages and skill levels, fostering a love for dance that goes beyond the studio. What truly sets Premier School of Dance apart is its community. The staff, students, and parents all contribute to provide an overall wonderful and supportive environment. We love PSD!
Premier is more than a dance studio it’s a family. The teachers genuinely love their dancers. My daughter has been dancing with them for 5 years and has learned and grown so much at Premier. We love our dance family!
This dance studio in Cary is by far the best in all of Apex, Cary, and Raleigh. My kids have danced at multiple studios and it wasn’t until they came to Premier where they really felt at home and were able to grow as dancers. Taylor and Monica treat everyone like family.
Truly this studio is the biggest family anyone could ask for! A nurturing environment for children and adults to grow as dancers, but also to be loved, accepted and a place for them to have a creative outlet!
My daughter has been at this amazing studio since she was 2 years old, and I cannot day enough great things about it! We have made the most amazing friends and she has really stepped out of her comfort zone and has become a more social and outgoing person for it! Monica and Taylor treat their dancers and the families as they are their family, and that is part of what makes the studio even more special! It’s not the biggest or newest facility, but what the kids experience makes it the best for their dance family! When their seniors graduate and move on, they support, encourage, and visit them still. If there is sickness or a death in the family, they support the family. You don’t get relationships like this anymore. It’s rare and priceless. You will not find another studio that will go above and beyond like this one does! They are amazing ladies, teachers, and mentors for all of us! Keep dancing all!
