We originally came back because we heard our longtime friend and former coach, Coach John Bolling, had joined the team—and it’s been one of the best decisions for our family’s health and happiness. Coach John’s athletic youth program has completely transformed our 13-year-old son. His confidence, attitude, and overall demeanor have noticeably improved, and his strength is increasing every week. We’ve even signed him up for personal training to continue working with Coach John because the impact has been that incredible. We also have a 21-year-old son who has never been a fan of working out. We knew Coach John would be the perfect person to guide him—and we were right. He now looks forward to training, and we’ve seen amazing improvements in both his physical fitness and mental well-being. As for me, I absolutely LOVE the Saturday salsa classes! They’re fun, energetic, and a great way to start the weekend. As a family, we’re truly happy to be back at this YMCA. The staff and the people here are warm, welcoming, and top-notch.
