The jungle gym which is 3 floors high has rips in the net which have been reported a number of times.a 3year old fell through on the 3rd level and was hanging there by his neck. A month later I had to recuse someone else’s child in the same spot hanging there helpless. Still not fixed. Staff seems unaware of facility schedule
