My daughter has been in swimming lessons since April. I paid twice, and now she is on her second month, but she still can’t swim. The staff are not focused on the children. I paid for the first month of swimming lessons, then I decided to try and pay again, but my child is still at the same level. I feel like I made the worst choice.

Absolutely awful customer service. I just applied here and the guy at the front desk was straight up disrespectful. Didn’t help me at all—just crossed my name off the list like I didn’t matter. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The homeless man has this location confused with the men's housing 650 State St. It is also called YMCA and is the highlighted building on the map.. this is inaccurate and causes confusion... ...This IS 850 state st and is immediately past prospect St on the map, NOT the corner of park st. THIS is a regular community YMCAlargely focused on childcare and children activities. I'm unsure about the offerings for general fitness at this time if anyone not a parent is asking.. I can only give three stars because I have not had any personal experience with the child care and children's activities, so I cannot judge any higher or lower than in the middle fairly

My children love it. First time at summer camp. The director works very well with the children. It's been nonstop activities. Definitely thinking of having them attend next year.
