Horrendous pool experience. Went to checkout the pool and possible membership. We have two children and while I understand it’s the lifeguards jobs to keep everyone safe- my kids couldn’t even jump into the pool without them saying something. I applaud their diligence and making sure kids walk but yes- 3.5 year old boys will get excited and take three quick steps. They don’t need to be screamed at or talked to.

I had a very disappointing experience here. My son was taking Thursday swimming classes after I switched him from the after-school program. After class #7, no one informed me that I needed to re-register or complete additional paperwork. However, I was still charged, so I assumed everything was fine. When we arrived for his class, I was told he was not enrolled and that all classes were full. This was already frustrating, but what made it worse was how I was treated. English is not my first language, and instead of helping me understand, the staff and manager spoke to me in a rude and dismissive way. At one point, a staff member even laughed while I was trying to figure things out, which felt humiliating in front of others. No parent deserves to feel disrespected, especially when paying for a service. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of empathy and professionalism was very disappointing. I am sharing this so other parents are aware and hopefully the customer service improves

The people here are friendly, it's a welcoming environment, and it has great resources, both for families and for individuals like me who just want a nice place to work out with many options for how to get some exercise. They have a pool, classes for swimming, Zumba, and more. But especially the staff- they always brighten my day!

I’m very impressed with the facility. It’s clean, there are lots of machines, weights, and spaces for mat exercises/stretching. This is not my home Y, as I’m visiting for my daughter’s surgery, and I found the staff to be kind and helpful - there was no issue with using the facility as a Y member from Missouri. I would definitely join here if I lived in the area.

We’ve had a wonderful experience so far! I had called inquiring about the summer camp for our twins who are 6, the person who I spoke with was knowledgeable and kind, answered all my questions. We got a family membership, signed our kids up for most of the summer camp. They had their first day and LOVED it! I did an exercise class as well and it was great. The facility is well kept, especially the hallway to the pool and locker room, there is always someone mopping. We also appreciate the diversity in the staff that has been hired from the pool to the front desk. All around a wonderful place!
