North Strand Recreation Center is a Horry County Parks & Recreation facility running the county's 10-week summer day camp for children ages 5 to 12, from early June through mid-August. Campers can be dropped off from 7:30am and picked up by 6pm weekdays, taking part in arts and crafts, recreational games, sports and field trips, with breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack provided daily.
