The Mary C. Canty Recreation Center is one of the City of Myrtle Beach's recreation centers and runs the Camp Cool-Out summer day camp for children ages 5 to 12. Days include arts and crafts, games, sports, swimming, and field trips, running Monday through Friday from 8am to 5:30pm; weekly fees are modest with reduced and sibling rates available.
