★Sergei ArtischevTotal waste of money! Management is clearly cutting corners at the expense of quality. The pool is freezing, and the sauna/jacuzzi are lukewarm. Honestly, the maintenance is so poor it feels like a health hazard. Look elsewhere."
★MIt was suggested that no one new works for the nmb aquatic center so I couldnt have been told I could upgrade from the day pass I initially purchased, to annual membership and pay the difference anytime before end of the month. One thing i am not is dishonest! No worries id rather not swim if it means paying someone that insulted me. Pfff
★★★Deny KnapNice facility but insufficient parking at peak times. Relatively restrictive hours relative to private competitors. Music is pretty consistently too loud. I have noise cancelling earbuds and the outside music still intrudes.
★Jan DellaroccoDon’t bother I signed up for the pool classes. They took my money only to find they are booked solid and I can’t get into a water class. They are more than willing to take my money but fail to say I can’t take any of the water classes. If I wait EXACTLY 72 hours before a water class and request to take the class at EXACTLY 72 hours beforehand, at the EXACT Time of the class, I take a chance that MAYBE I could get into an over requested class. In other words, EVERYONE is doing the same request at the exact same time. Some get in and others don’t. THATS WHAT THEY THINK I SHOULD PAY THEM FOR. It’s expensive to MAYBE get a chance to get into a water class.
★★★★mike cavalieriLove the club with the exception of the hot tub. We repeatedly asked to have the temperature raised to 102 or 103 and they never do it. It's just warm at best,98 to 100 degrees. Very disappointing!
