★Amanda LisePlease get some hex dumbbells !!! as a woman who wants to go heavier weight 50+ I can't use the plate loaded dumbells for lower body because they are awkward and I risk injury with a fully fused spine and an ATP. The smith machine puts too much pressure on my spine as it doesn't bend or give like normal spines. I have a membership here but can go only to the Georgetown gym for leg days now. I switched from stingrays and am debating if that was the right move in the long run. I appreciate that you do have a 60lb hex weight but sometimes I need 50 or more so I end up wasting time running around getting my weights set up versus having everything ready and available. Kettlebell only goes up to 22lbs as well. Total bummer 😭
★mike cravenI travel for work and am a ymca member. I was refused entry unless I paid $15.00 for one time use. Membership in Tennessee is $75 a MONTH for TWO people. Total rip off and very disappointing after finding this out at 545 am.
★Doug MerrinTgis YMCA is Not on the National network, so was unable to use my "nationwide" YMCA membership. Reason being this is a heavy tourist area in the summer. Which I absolutely understand, but this is winter. Was told I would be charged $15 per day! Which again, I would understand if I didn't have a membership already. There should at least be a price break for members, at the very least in winter months. I would be happy to pay $5 per day as a visiting member. But $15 daily is ludicrous, in my opinion.

Each time I am in town, I am welcomed back to this Y by people who I think genuinely remember me every time I come. Special shout outs to Diana and Dawn for bringing the energy, passion and power to dance! They do a great job of cultivating a sense of community here. The facility is also very nice. It was such a joy to watch the little ones taking their swim lessons. The locker rooms are very clean, and, in fact, the entire facility seems rather spotless. Kudos to the staff! I will be back when I am in town!

Great blend of free weights and machines, plenty of cardio equipment, basketball court, racketball court, wet & dry sauna, pool, hot tub to name a few! They also have a great variety of classes ranging from body pum to yoga! Wish hours could be longer but other than that, super great gym!
