Normandy Beach Yacht Club runs a junior sailing program for sailors of all levels aged 8-18, taught in half-day sessions Monday through Thursday across eight weeks from late June to mid-August. The club's fleet is made up of Optimist prams, Lasers and Club 420s. Private lessons are offered on Fridays, either to bring a sailor up to the competency needed for the group program or to refine existing skills, and are available to aspiring sailors of all ages. Registration typically opens in May.
