Next Generation Children's Centers in Westborough is a licensed childcare and preschool center - one of ten NGCC locations in Massachusetts, operated by Cadence Education - that also runs a full-day summer break program. The summer program, Game Changers, is described as twelve weeks of themed exploration covering Air & Space, Earth To The Core and Water Worlds, with a school-age track and a junior track for younger children. The center is open Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and serves children from six weeks to eight years old. Summer dates follow the local elementary school's break schedule and vary by location, and pricing is quoted only by contacting the center director.

Powered by GoogleThe teachers and staff are so friendly and kind. They clearly love the children. They also are great with communication and last minute schedule changes. I would highly recommend NGCC Westborough.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This school uses “safety” as an excuse to charge high fees while avoiding accountability. Teacher turnover is frequent, staff seem overwhelmed, and leadership is unprofessional. Despite knowing I was out of town, the director repeatedly called me to pick up my child just hours after drop-off—and even yelled at me on the phone. Most concerning, I witnessed my three-year-old being physically restrained in a way that caused fear. At this age, children need guidance and redirection—not force. I would not recommend this school to anyone.
The turnover of teachers at NGCC Westborough is very high. And they also changing the classrooms and teachers casually without any notice. They charged higher and put my 3 year old boy in a lower grade which the teacher to student rate is still 1:10. When the class teacher can't handle the students, they asked the director for help. However, the director is very unprofessional and impatient. For four consecutive days, even I gave her a heads up that I would be out of town, she still called me to force me pick up my son after being sent there only 3 hours and even yelled at me on the phone. On one occasion, When I went to pick up my son, I saw her sitting on the ground, holding my child tightly. For a three-year-old kid, what we need is redirection if he doesn't want a nap, not being restrained in a way that causes his fears. I was deeply shocked and saddened by what I saw. This was my awful experience, and I would not recommend NGCC Westborough at all.
My son has learned so much in his 3 years at NGCC and has been shaped by such loving and supportive teachers! He has formed strong friendships here and built social skills as well as foundational kindergarten skills.
We have been enrolled at NGCC for a little over three years, and have had only positive experiences. Both my daughters had incredible teachers throughout their time at NGCC, and all of the staff are incredibly welcoming. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone!
