The halloween festival was wonderful. My two kids and I had the ability to take our dog shakti with us to the event and roam around the area. Saw many unique and cool costumes, the performances were neat to see, affordable food trucks, lots of parking. The staff was incredible. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Hats off to Stephanie and her Manager/Supervisor Mariana. Wonderful people beings. Stephanie was kind to my son Pj and my daughter Amara. That was awesome. She made sure to inform us of the areas for wristbands and where the fun run was going to take place. Only shabby thing that occurred was at the fun run. The guy there was a bit rude. I know there was a limited amount of medals, yet he could've thrown in a shirt or goodie bag or electrolyte drink that they had there and she could hunt run the gun run with them since it was a free run. I couldn't sign her to the gun run through the website it would not submit. I even showered Stephanie the issue with the fun run Webpage. I know my friend sara lee martinez was working that event as well, she's a passonate parks and recreational associate/empolyee so I know she was great with the people/folks there. Lots of goodies items! Such a fun and great time had at the festival. Thank you for a great festival, wonderful staff members all around!
