★Gladys RDZHorrible experience while attending an evening event at the gym (family reunion), the main guy in charge did not allow my disabled mother to drop off food through a side door, she had limited walking ability and he denied her the entrance through that door, others had been using it to drop of food previously, he made her walk towards the main entrance, even though he could tell she would struggle. Super rude on his part not taking into consideration her disability and elderly age, she was out of breath and felt sick afterwards. How sad that McAllen has employees with such poor character like this one.
