Great staffing, made me very aware of any issues regarding my child. it’s his second year going and he’s been well more motivated to do physical activities such as basketball. couldn’t give more thanks to the people working there
Staff is so amazing, friendly and helpful. I went to register my 10 yr. old daughter, I was greeted by most of the staff in the front office. Very welcoming, and helped me with everything I needed. Answered all my questions and even gave my husband and I a tour of the club. Very clean and decorated.
I called in to see what's offered at the gym, and the clerk who answered the phone wasn't as professional or kind as the website states. I was just asking what's offered and what programs are available when she cut me off and said, "We don't rent out the gym." ok, that's not what I was asking, so I clarified that I'm not looking for that. She then cut me off again and said, "So you're looking for basketball." I just told her thank you, never mind, and said goodbye. Like man, let a brother talk before you cut me off and assume. What kind of help is that?? I'm just trying to see what kind of activities my kid can get into.
Very organized, online game schedules and team photos at the end of the season. We had so much fun for the baseball spring season! I will say that it was a bit tough jumping to other parks for different age group games but with some organization and family help, we made it work. If you have more than one child playing for the season, know that they might have games at the same time but in different parks. Overall, we loved it and will return. We were new to the sport and the kids had a blast learning. We played 8u and 10u.
