★★★★★Denise BrockI had an awesome experience signing up with the YMCA!! The receptionist Erin had excellent customer service skills. She made me feel welcomed and also had time to give me a tour of the facility. 👒👒hats off to Erin💃🏾🎊🎉
★Susan RodgersI’ve been a member since they opened …. I use the pool which keeps me going … today (1/6) and it’s chilly outside … the on-duty lifeguard has the outside door open. Now when swimming in the lap pool which is cool, everytime you reach that end of the pool you’re treated to a blast of cold air. I asked the guard if he could please close that door…his response …” no I can’t” to which I replied you can’t? “No I can’t it’s hot in here and I’m sweating.” I know these are young people working but…telling a paying client that the employes comfort is more important was NOT the right answer. I kept swimming and later saw the Lead Guard enter pool deck and shut the door.
★★★★★AL OrtizThis YMCA location is my all-time favorite!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The facility is always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and there’s a great variety of machines and spaces for whatever kind of workout you’re in the mood for. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which makes it feel more like a community than just a gym. From the fitness areas to the classes and family-friendly vibe, this YMCA truly stands out. Highly recommend!
★★★★Donna SalazarClasses for all ages and fitness friendly atmosphere clean. A little pricey but worth it if you like group classes. Fitness machines adequate. But Planet fitness better for that
★★★★★HAPPY THOUGHTSStaff friendly, Life Guards are awesome. It can get crowded at times but I never have had problems getting onto workout equipment. I spend up to two house here. No problems. Love the wet area. Guards very helpful. On my first week staff answered my questions. Thank You!!
