Hurricane Aquatics runs year-round swim programming at the University of Miami's Coral Gables campus pool, including group lessons, stroke school, a competitive swim team, a masters program and a summer camp. It is led by University of Miami head swim coach Andy Kershaw and program director Liz Kershaw, both of whom have coached Olympians and NCAA qualifiers. The affiliated Hurricane Aquatics Foundation is a 501(c)(3) that funds full scholarships for swim lessons for people who cannot afford them.

The adminstation staff is outstanding and address all issues before they happen! The UM pool is a great place for kids to learn to love swimming and college.
