If you want to shower after a workout you can forget it unless you don't mind giving no visual privacy. Also, watch your name brand water bottle. It will grow legs in this place. The only mens room is in the basement, So if you're playing basketball or lifting weights, you got to literally transverse from the top floor to the basement to go pee.

The High Street Y is truly a jewel in the Lexington community! The staff are incredibly friendly and supportive, always going the extra mile to make you feel welcome. I love the variety of fitness classes offered, from high-energy Pilates with Alisha, to relaxing yoga, which allows me to mix things up depending on my mood. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, and the steam room and sauna are a satisfying way to relax and reduce stress after a rigorous workout. I particularly appreciate the emphasis on community involvement, and I've made great connections with other members through group classes and social events. Overall, the High Street Y has been a fantastic place to improve my health and become part of a supportive network.
