terrible communication and customer service. In July I received a marketing email last minute asking for last minute campers, I sign my 2 boys up and pay almost $500 something for it. We show up Monday morning bright and early ready to go. We go inside there is no one to be found. I call the office no less than 10 times right there. No answer. Finally, some kind girl walks out of the gym and I ask her if anyone's here because I signed my boys up for camp. She said oh the owner is out of town this week so there's definitely no camp. I continued to call throughout the morning. No answer and no call back. I left several messages. We finally got a hold of someone named Mark who has the customer service skills of a brick wall proceeded to rudely say oh yeah we noticed those 2 were missing... we are at the other location for this camp. I proceeded to say what other location, the email was NOT clear in stating it was at the other location or I would not have even signed the boys up. Also, they noticed and didn't think to call me or check their voicemail? So now I am out almost $500, my boys never got the camp, I never received a refund or an apology, and no one is responding. Hoping this gets their attention. This business cannot be booming enough to ignore a customer. Lexington itself just isn't that big.

We loved hoop dreams for our twin boys! Coaches were fantastic and very hands on. However, they had a different payment system about a year ago and since switching over there is an almost $50 fee just to process the tuition payment online. If there is a way to avoid this I’d love to sign them up again but it just isn’t worth paying a quarter of the price just to pay tuition.

Our son has attended the skills training classes for over a year now and has played in their basketball league. The coaches and staff are top notch! They understand all the fundamentals of basketball and how to teach kids the proper way to play and handle the ball. This is a no mess around program. Our son has improved his basketball skills greatly and gained so much confidence since joining the classes and league. We highly recommend Hoop Dreams!
