Powered by GoogleWent with a friend to visit. We took a weight lifting class. It was great. The instructor was friendly and did an excellent job leading. The facility is nice and seems to have many offerings.
Staff is helpful! Always clean. Courtney is a fantastic instructor !
Wonderful people (guests and team members). Clean facilities and safe environment that encourages you do do your best.
Highly Recommend Lori at the North Y! I just finished 8 personal training sessions with Lori and had a great experience. Weight lifting isn’t really my thing, but she kept it interesting, paid close attention to my form, and made sure I felt comfortable with every exercise. She was encouraging and positive the whole time. The gym itself is super clean, well-lit, and has excellent equipment. The only reason I’m not continuing is the drive—just too far for me. If the Y was closer, I’d keep going just to work with Lori! And I may end up going back again if the local joint doesn’t work out!
I've been a member of the YMCA various settings that I have lived. Currently in Lexington Kentucky and out for a walk. Just getting some exercise and fresh air before work in Lexington. Needed to use the restroom and there was the YMCA right there. Walked in and was promptly told that I could not come in because I didn't have a card or whatever.. probably should strike the Christian out of your will let my current membership expire in Tennessee and never join again. Good job Christians
