It is AMAZING I go there all the time!
Incredibly kind and supportive staff. My 3 year old daughter was super nervous at the first few classes but after the third she was all in. It’s clean and well organized- we love it!
My granddaughter has been attending classes at Head Over Heels now for over a year. She's 4 years old. After attending class at another close-by gymnastics place, on the first day with coaches Jenn and Joanie I knew we had made a very good change! These two seasoned coaches have the perfect relationship with their students. Not only do they recognize and remember important moments in the individual child's life, they have a quiet control and attention of all students in their group no matter the size. I haven't had experience with other coaches yet, but these two could/should be mentors for others. It's obvious they love their jobs.
My daughter attended for 2 months as a new student in the fall. Never got any formal introductions from her instructors; and no one at the front desk. Her class was later in the evening and the instructor seemed tired and done with the day every week. I pulled my daughter out for the month of November 2 weeks before her first November class. The automatic withdrawal still withdrew from my account, so I requested a refund through email. They just stated that I should have given a 30- day notice and asked if she could attend any classes in November, I followed up and told them she couldn't as we moved out of the area. They never responded.
