Most sessions are half-day: coed groups train 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm for ages 4 through 12, while a Club/Advanced session for 2012-2015 birth years runs 8:30am-3pm and requires prior approval from FSS staff. Training uses the school's "Smart Soccer" format of skill games and small-sided play, with players grouped by ability, age and/or gender, and all campers receive a ball and t-shirt. Registration is open to the public through Downtown Sports.
