Big fan of this location for my family and I. Equipment is good for any level of exerciser. Pool is warm and basketball courts are convenient and houses other sports like pickle-ball. Always clean and the staff are helpful and welcoming.

i’ve gone here for so long and all the workers are so nice and helpful i don’t have any complaints. other than that, BEWARE OF WHIRPOOL. my only and biggest complain is that there is separate f/m saunas but not separate whirpools, and as a young woman i’ve had so many creepy older men say things to me in there and make me very uncomfortable. I wish they would add separate whirpools for both male and female if the guys are going to be stupid annoying creeps and harassing the women. i am fed up that they make a space for both female and male uncomfortable and ruin the whole experience.

I already sent an email regarding my issue over a week ago, but nobody responded or showed any concern. Customer service themselves told me to send the email, yet no one replied, followed up, or even called me back. Honestly, this has been the worst branch experience I’ve ever had due to the lack of care and customer support. This is the email I sent over a week ago, and I will attach it again for your reference. Dear Management Team at YMCA, I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding an unauthorized increase in my membership fee, as well as the unacceptable handling of my attempts to resolve this matter. I have been a member for over three years and have always respected the organization and its role in serving the community. However, I was recently charged $122 instead of the expected $75 for the month of May, without any prior notification or explanation. This unexpected charge has placed an unnecessary financial burden on me, especially given my current household expenses. Following this issue, I contacted your customer service multiple times requesting a refund. I was instructed to cancel my membership first, which I did immediately. Despite complying with this request, I have been unable to receive any meaningful assistance. I have called more than thirty times, and in many instances, my calls were either disconnected or unanswered. I was repeatedly told that the staff member responsible for memberships was unavailable, and when informed that she was available, my calls were still not answered and were redirected to voicemail. This level of disregard is deeply disappointing and does not reflect the standards I expected from your organization. There appears to be a lack of accountability and professionalism in handling member concerns. Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention a prior serious incident at the facility. On one occasion, my two daughters were accidentally locked inside the pool changing area while my wife briefly stepped away. The facility remained locked for approximately an hour, during which my wife searched the entire building in distress, fearing for their safety. Although the situation was eventually resolved, this incident caused significant emotional distress. Management was made aware at the time, yet no formal follow-up or corrective action was communicated to us. Despite this, we chose not to escalate the matter further out of respect for the organization and its mission. However, the current situation reflects a continued pattern of negligence and lack of responsibility. I respectfully request the following: A full refund of the overcharged amount for the month of May. A formal explanation regarding the unauthorized fee increase. An internal review of staff conduct and customer service practices at this branch. Appropriate accountability measures for the handling of both my financial concern and the prior safety incident. I trust that your organization will take this matter seriously and respond promptly. I would appreciate a written response outlining the steps taken to address this issue.

I typically enjoy coming here, but don’t bother trying to come when there’s school vacations or camps going on. Took me a half hour to get my kid ready & out of the house to get to the Y. Got her & our stuff situated in the locker room & walked into the pool only to be told it was closed for camp kids only. Try explaining that to an upset 3 year old who just wants to swim & sees the other kids there. There was no indication on Facebook, Website, or a sign. I pay almost $100/mo for a membership, I should be able to use it & not just get an “oh well.”
