I have had two issues with my billing however, when I called the front desk, they were very accommodating and fixed the issues right away! They also have a really great schedule for classes At all hours of the day. The only downside is that the parking lot can get very very full, especially on the weekends.

Staff is friendly, I love the smoothie/snack bar, the dance/workout studios, and by far the aquatics offerings. Sure it could get crowded at times but I almost always managed to find a spot for whatever activities I wanted. This is definitely one of the better Ys and is my go-to-gym.
