Powered by GoogleDecent field (on the side of rec) and park areas. The inside is nice and clean looking. Parking lot is lit at night, which also lights the field slightly enough to still see the kids play, but not great lighting on the field itself. Plenty benches outside to sit as well. For basketball games, there are only 2-3 rows to sit in the gym, which isn't social distancing friendly, so be prepared for that during basketball season supporting the kiddos.
A staff person was extremely rude because he turned off the light in one of the bathrooms where we were changing my baby. We looked for a baby changing table in the bathrooms and when there was none we decided to enter the shower area where there was a table, we got there to change our baby, seconds later a person from the staff opened the door for us, he told us that we could not be there and before giving us the opportunity to explain ourselves he turned off the light, I had my baby and children inside, it was extremely rude, just discrimination.
Brought my son and his friends to play some basketball for inside court. Was told only my son can come play since the other kids parents were not with us! Said they can play on the outside court, what's the difference? It's a great policy, but some kids parents are not able to bring their kids. I am a responsible adult and also a coach. Maybe they can suggest a indemnity form or waiver form, etc. for parents to sign to allow another adult to bring their kids to play. Otherwise, from what the front desk told me, the programs for the center will be cut because of lack of participation! Some parents just dont have time, but the kids need to get out and play instead of sitting up in the house all day or getting into other things. IJS!
Had my daughter and son's birthday parties here and it was a very nice and updated center! Can't beat the price. The community room is perfect for parties. I just wish it had a stove!
One of the ladies working didn't have any customer service skills at all. We reserved the whole court, but somehow this place continues to mess up the scheduling. They'll have it on hand and not in the computer or vice versa. But, I felt the lady could have been a little more friendly to use instead of stating what they normally do at certain time. Which, by the way no one was playing on the other side. My 14 year old boys had to practice outside, even though we paid for the whole court. What a facility!!!!!
