I had somewhat good experience at Fintastic. The phone Customer service rep is super helpful when you call needing to reschedule for emergency purposes. It doesn’t occur often for me but when it does he is super helpful on the phone. In regarding to the classes, I have mixed feelings because the teachers are not consistent in their methods. My 2 younger kiddos have been attending for over a year and they are only at level 3. My first pair of older kiddos that took lessons where at level 6 in a year due to consistency with the lessons and teacher. I hope it goes back to this structure.

Swimtastic is the perfect spot to bring your little one to learn how to swim! The general manager is super informative and patient with all the parents including me 😂 the pool is super clean and they have a very nice area for the kiddos to get dry and changed after the lesson. Also since the pool is inside you don’t need to worry about weather! My little guy has taken 2 lessons and felt very comfortable with the instructors each time.

We enrolled our child in lessons at this swim school earlier this year, and the progress has honestly been impressive. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and clearly experienced working with children who may feel nervous around water initially. Compared to larger group programs we tried before, the classes here feel much more structured and personalized. Safety is obviously a major priority, but the instructors also make lessons fun enough that kids stay engaged and excited to participate. Our child now feels significantly more confident in the water, and we’ve been extremely happy with the overall experience so far.
