Powered by GoogleWent to FX physical therapy inside of Coppermine. The best physical therapy place I've ever been at. My therapist Miranda and she's great. She was very attentive and listened to me and my needs. She's working with me to get me to my goals. The facility is clean and very nice. The other therapist seem to be very nice and friendly.
The bathroom is horrible the handicap stall hasn't had a door in like 2 years now the middle toilet is clogged and full to the top and the toilet to the right has no seat. So there is currently no working toilets in the men's bathroom. The upkeep of this building seems to never happen.
I would never return to this facility. The building is poorly maintained, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. The owner and staff are consistently unfriendly, dismissive, and unwilling to help with even the simplest concerns. It is clear that customer care and basic upkeep are not priorities here. Save yourself the frustration there are far better options elsewhere. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
There are not enough words to express how much we loved the summer program at Du Burns. Coach Edwina is on a whole different level. She cares so much about the children and the parents. Her communication is second to none and I only wish we had taken our daughter here last year, instead of another place that will remain nameless but rhythms with Poddard. Thank you Coach Janet and all the Coachs. You really gave our daughter some wonderful memories. Keep up the great work and we'll see you next year.
This evening I noticed no parking lights on in parking lot at Du Burns Arena. I called the front desk and no one answered. I went in and the person at the front desk didn't say why she didn't answer the phone. She had no clue that the patrons safety was in jeopardy with no lights on around the facility. She said she'd ask her supervisor tomorrow. Really. The photos show the adjoining street lights.
