May 5, 2026 8:12 a.m. To: Quince Orchard Swim and Tennis Club I swim only in Marcie Phillips birthday party in summer time near the diving board deep water, it was fun. Amy Lynn Berlin had a nice bathing suit from JCPenney. Kate Taylor received me in snack time. The tennis instructor who had blue eyes and light blonde Sweden look hair asked me my middle name, and I responded "Gail". I was caught off guard, I did not know what to say. My birth certificate actually has name of my Father, Girish, which should be in banking records for your club in swim time deposit as Girish T. Patel. My name is Neha Girish Patel, the signature on the check is my Father's name. I also received baby swim time in your nice baby swimming pool in babysitting for Mrs. Lemmon's baby girl, Courtney Lemmon, it was fun. I wish my Mom and Dad and I could go swimming together. Super disappointed! We have been members the last few years and last year we were not told about the baby pool being closed ALL SUMMER (2023). My husband just spoke to someone and it looks like the baby pool will be closed ALL SUMMER AGAIN (2024)! This is absolutely unacceptable. We have two young children and we would prefer the safety of the baby/kids pool. I'm SUPER disappointed that this was not made a priority. Also, why would members have to pay full price if all of the amenities are not there? I do not understand how it has not been fixed in over a year.

Worst customer service EVER. Front desk person doesnt know anything about enrollment, we have to email the instructors directly. When you do, THEY NEVER RESPOND. I have been trying to get private swimming classes for my daughter and I reached out to invidual instructors via email and only 1 responded after 3 weeks. He assigned an instructor and have to admit She was awsome. My daughter was making good progress. August first week the trainer mentioned that she has to go back to SC as she goes there for her college. There was no communication ahead, just on the last day we came to know that she is only available for summer. From that day onwards I might have sent minimum of 5 to 6 emails to all the swim trainers that were listed on the website. NO ONE CARED to RESPOND STILL. Over all I finally decided to look somewhere else. I hate to see my daughter getting break because of this.

I find this place quite "simple". It's a club and I would expect more tennis courts...nicer, more "funner" pool. It's just a simple pool. Montgomery Village has a kids water park pretty much ..and grown up pools with water park slides.... outdoor game areas ..volleyball courts....the pools just seem more attractive. This just seems like a 1980 pool.

my husband and I had the most rediculous experience a parent should ever go through... We live in gaithersburg MD and we brought our son to this school thinking we will be treated professionally. We were wrong; this school has the worst customer service. They do not care about the curriculum they just care about how much money they can get out of these kids. No one was willing to explain the process of class cancellations. I had to ask about the missing class and i got yelled at by the shift supervisor. He was talking to me in a demeaning way. He accused me of cheating him, talking in a loud tone.In reality They owe me credit for 2 days of cancellation. I received Horrible treatment. I do not recommend this school to anyone.
