Powered by GoogleMy home court. Good air flow and temperature. Price is good during non-rush hours.
Small but nice common area with conveniently located bathrooms and water filling stations. Prices seem to be cheaper than other indoor tennis centers in the area. Very nice central location for a group I play in that includes people from Nova, moco and Howard county. Cannot give a high rating due to the close proximity of the back curtain to the baseline. If all indoor courts were like this, I think it would be okay, but that is not the case. I ran back for a lob and slipped on the bottom of the curtain, scratching up my leg pretty bad. I am used to having much more room back there as all the other tennis courts I've played on have the curtain farther back. The courts also seem to be closer together so the side netting is closer than normal as well. More points are ended by a ball hitting the side net than in other places. I have not slipped on the side netting but I see it as potentially unsafe as well if you are used to the net being farther away. Perhaps this skimping on court size is what makes the court cost cheaper. Just a few things to be aware of if you play here.
I come to this facility all the time with my husband and everything is good except for the front desk staff. Very rude for no reason and this is not the first time either. We arrived early and we signed in to wait in the waiting area. And the front desk staff rudely asked what we were doing, acting like we have no business here. I don't mind him asking clarifying questions and giving instructions but the way he delivered it was very unpleasant.
Facility is great other than the walls being close to the baseline. Front desk was inexplicably rude for no reason when we arrived 15 min early and all courts were open - we were rudely asked why we were here early and told we could not go out on court even though we did not attempt to do so. Will not be a regular here.
Excellent pricing. Fairly decent amenities. A little tight on spacing between nets and courts but overall pretty good. Very courteous staff.
