Powered by GoogleVery disappointed and concerned by how a recent staffing situation appears to have been handled. A long-time trainer was reportedly terminated following allegations involving messages presented by a member’s spouse. What is troubling is whether the claims and digital evidence were independently verified before such a serious and irreversible decision was made. In today’s environment, screenshots and electronic communications can be altered, manipulated, taken out of context, or even fabricated, which is why proper due diligence and corroboration are so important. I fully understand the need to take complaints seriously, but fairness, objectivity, and thorough investigative procedures matter as well, especially when someone’s livelihood and reputation are at stake. As a member, the situation left me questioning whether enough was done to ensure the facts were fully established before action was taken.
Easily the best thing I've ever done for my health. Thanks to the awesome staff and respectful clientele, this is an oasis in the desert of unbearable commercial gyms all over the area. All the amenities make me feel like I'm in an exclusive club, but the price and attitude of the staff are super inclusive! Whether you lift, swim, play tennis, basketball, racquetball, they've got what you need to get or stay fit!
I recently completed a set of training sessions with Hikari Miller at the Aspen Hill Club. As a beginner, she had me focus on learning/practicing proper form, building core strength, and establishing a foundation for independent exercise - in addition to developing the habit of going to the gym regularly. I can heartily recommend Hikari as a personal trainer.
Great facility with great trainers. Loel has always made me feel welcome at the club and the gym has a great environment overall. Had a good boxing session with Joviani today, I suggest anyone to take boxing classes here if you're interested! Good for all levels!
We have been proud members of the Aspen Hill Club since 1986, and it has truly become our second home. The sense of community here is unparalleled, and it's the incredible staff that makes it all the more special. Warren, the pool manager, keeps the facility clean and organized, while his attentive team always greets us with kindness, especially when I bring my grandchildren for their swim lessons with Victoria and the other instructors. My journey began with water aerobics, which transitioned into lap swimming, providing me with a vital, low-impact workout essential for my health as a pharmacist on my feet all day. I love how everyone at the pool seems to be having a wonderful time, I have made so many friends here. I typically swim during late morning to early afternoon, and I can always find a lane, even when the pool is lively. This facility has become an integral part of my life—I actively promote it to friends and family, encouraging them to join me in this fantastic community. As a local pharmacist, I've also enjoyed giving back by providing vaccinations in the club. My time spent here swimming, connecting, and contributing has been incredibly rewarding. I couldn’t be happier to be part of this amazing place!
