★Justin GrahamFiled paperwork nearly two weeks in advance to cancel my membership. The funds were still taken out of my account even though in my opinion gave ample time for this matter to be taken care of. This is a horrible policy and I will never get another membership again. Awful funny how they can raise their prices and charge countless fees whenever they please but fail to take care of cancellation in a timely manner. Would recommend checking other options. Not anywhere close to paying $60 a month for membership if this is how they handle situations
