We got a day pass and needed a bottled water from the vending machine and needed cash for it as it did not take cards and we only had a $20 bill. The employee working the front desk saw this and opened his own wallet to give us cash. The other members of the gym went out of their way to help us and show us where everything was. Equipment is good. 100% recommend.
