Beth El Day Camp is a day camp at Beth El Synagogue Center in New Rochelle. The main day camp accepts children ages 2–8 and a separate Creativity Camp serves ages 8–12 (rising 4th through 7th graders). Campers use a large outdoor pool twice a day — morning instruction from American Red Cross certified lifeguards, afternoon recreational swim — and play basketball, softball, soccer, tennis and Gaga alongside special event days such as a carnival and ice cream truck day. The camp states its daily activities emphasize fun, friendship, safety, Jewish culture and appreciation of nature, and that it composts and is 95% waste free. All food follows kosher dietary laws and is entirely peanut- and nut-free with a parallel gluten-free menu; a full-time registered nurse is on duty, and care is available from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
