As a parent, I felt I should share our experience. My child has been taking classes at this studio for a while, and we’ve been very happy with the progress. After every class, the teacher records videos and assigns practice homework so the kids can review what they learned and submit their practice. As parents, we can clearly see what the children are learning each week and help them practice at home. Because of this, I was honestly a little surprised to see some comments saying that kids didn’t learn anything. From our experience, the teachers put a lot of effort into the classes and really care about the students’ improvement. My child has become more confident, more disciplined, and truly enjoys dancing. We are grateful to have found such a supportive and dedicated studio for our child.

As a parent, what matters most to me is whether the teachers are truly responsible and dedicated to teaching, and that’s exactly what we experienced here. The instructors are very patient and detail-oriented. They don’t just let the kids dance through the routine — they take the time to correct posture, rhythm, and technique so the students can really improve. You can tell they genuinely care about the students’ progress. The class environment is also very positive and supportive, which helps kids stay motivated and build confidence while learning.

One star is too generous!!! If the system allowed it, I wouldn’t give any stars at all. This studio appears to care about only one thing, collecting your money. The moment you sign up and pay the tuition, their job seems to be done. They don’t care if kids are actually learning anything or improving their dance skills. My daughter has been here for two years and honestly it feels like she hasn’t learned anything at all. If you’ve ever attended one of their recitals, you’ll immediately see the problem. Most of the kids on the stage look completely lost. They clearly don’t know what they are supposed to do. It’s embarrassing to watch and it really makes you wonder what they are doing during class. It feels less like a dance school and more like a daycare where kids are simply dropped off while parents pay expensive tuition. It’s no surprise that students don’t stay here long. Many families leave after a year or two. I strongly suggest that parents not waste their money here. If you’re looking for a better option, you can check out ZMDance on Xiaohongshu. Their program is far stronger and many former students from this studio have already transferred there.

I strongly agree with the negative reviews about Bailemos. Although I don’t often write reviews, I feel it’s crucial to share my experience to prevent other parents from facing similar issues. Bailemos in Quincy is a disaster in terms of child safety and staff professionalism. The facility is located in a large building with multiple businesses and so many people coming in and out. The bathroom is a shared, public facility, and children are only shown its location once, they are expected to memorize the access code and go alone. My 5-year-old daughter was left to find this bathroom on her own, without any supervision, in a location that’s completely out of sight from the staff. This level of carelessness is absolutely unacceptable, it raises serious safety concerns. For the safety of your children, I urge you to stay far away from Bailemos.
