This place is the worst place ever I will tell you that do not put your your kids in there, I put my son in there last year for summer camp. He has the worst experience ever nobody can help they faking they act like they do there job but inside whatever they do nobody is controlling it. my son was suffered by mean kids bully and nobody say anything to them. You pay your money but the worst experience you’re gonna get please don’t put your kids on this place.

This establishment has sneakily charged me double priced memberships TWICE, one of these times after cancellation AND without written authorization. Their service is terrible, they have kids in charge of customer service and it is obvious they have zero experience. I have lost more than $450 with this scheme. It is a good place, I had the chace to enjoy it for a while, but people need to be aware of this. Check your bank accounts! :)

I can't review other locations, but I've been a member of the downtown Y for many years. As someone who has been a fitness enthusiast my whole life and has trained in gyms all over the country, I can tell you that the downtown Y has one of the worst managed weight rooms you will ever see. The equipment is poorly maintained, most of the members have little or no idea what they are doing, and the majority of people who workout there are clueless about even the most basic gym edicate. It is not uncommon for a member to occupy a piece of equipment for 20 minutes with 18 of those minutes consisting of texting or watching videos on their phone. When someone who is serious about their fitness asks to work in, more times than not the kid on the machine impolightly declines. The gym rules clearly prohibit phone use in the weight room and require that those doing multiple sets allow other members to work in. Yet when the staff is asked about enforcing the gyms own published rules and policies you get the deer in the headlights stare and no action other than a possible shrug. If it weren't for the fact that my wife likes walking on the track I'd cancel my membership in a heartbeat, save the $120 per month membership fee and join the better equiped and better managed Planet Fitness for $15/month.

Whenever I go, the family pool is closed and the employees have no idea about each other. The management is terrible, I'm sure you can find better ones around.
