I began attending the adult gymnastics classes twice a week and can't say enough amazing things. Tuesday and Thursdays are my favorite days of the week to look forward to now! The coaches are extremely friendly and welcoming. Even the coaches who aren't directly involved in my class are so helpful and engaging with me. This class has brought back my childhood love of gymnastics, and I've gained a lot of new skills. I am so appreciative of the staff and gym for supporting this program and making the sacrifice of having a late class. It does not go unnoticed!

They offer recreational classes, tumbling classes, 2 different teams to suit your level of needs/commitment, open gym, parents night out, home school classes, mommy & me class, and they even have pole vaulting! We enrolled our daughter in rec classes here about 4 years ago. Before that we attended a few other gyms that just didn't fit my daughter's needs. My daughter started competitive gymnastics here and there is a great balance of love and discipline. My daughter loves it so much here that she wants to go to any extra open gym opportunities on top of her training hours. It is her 2nd home.
