The JCC didn't meet my needs, I don't use the facility, but I pay the membership fee and I'm losing money.

Unfortunately, Worcester JCC didn't really work well for us, so we are cancelling our membership. My husband and I both work and have a 18 months old toddler and we needed a place to work out with childcare service. Childcare during weekend is very limited and many things are outdated. They were also slow at fixing the app and we had to wait for a week to access it. They are upgrading the outdoor pool area in May 2026, but more amenities need to be renovated. Unless my kid is 3+ years old, I don't think this place is worth the cost.

Friendly staff-great service! But unfortunately, in men’s locker room, dry sauna is very dirty and black stained..real bad plus steam room is very old designed with wet-slimy wooden seats..not supposed, should have tiles-seats period. Time to renovate both now to new cedars in dry sauna and new tiles-seats in steam!

love this gym and community. We have family membership since 2017, there are great karate classes, swim lessons and daycare center for kids. Summer camps and pre-school are well done, organized and fun for kids. Very friendly staff, easy to communicate and helpful. While kids are on activities, I go to gym and pool. Highly recommend this for your family.

The convenience of this location to our house is greatly appreciated. There's something for everyone, from babies to grandparents. If you have kids, you'll appreciate the day care services available to members. It's a sanitary environment as well. Most importantly, the front desk staff are fantastic individuals. As for the kids, they have a ton of great programs during the summer and winter months.
