I've sent out a request for taking a tour of this location two times already and no one has contacted me. I've gotten an email and texting that someone's going to contact me but that was 2 weeks ago. I just wanted to see the place before I decided to become a member. I've never been to a YMCA. So do you not do tours of the place or do I just have to be a member first before I can even enter the building?

The staff when entering are always so polite and helpful. My son does the flash football there and his coaches are good, especially Mr. Lockley. Thank you

I joined the y in November, I am currently in a couple classes , Brooke is the instructor of both classes, she walks around, helps when needed , guides you , has a great sense of humor, knows her job very well, Such an asset to the y and to all who attend her classes.

I joined the beginner line dancing class. What fun! I am a beginner, but not judged for my mistakes as I am learning. It took me two trips to exit back to Amherst street without taking a wrong turn, but now that I know how to get there and back, it really is easy.

My 12 year old went to "all sports" camp for 2 weeks over the summer here. All seemed to be good. Counselor's were nice and my son was tired every night from running all day. All that was great. My only piece of advice- make sure your child wears dark clothing or crappy clothing here because they come home extremely dirty from the apparatus etc. and as far as I can tell the "black stuff" doesn't come out in the wash very well.
