★MikeL979Be very careful if you go to cancel your membership at this facility. They never processed my cancellation years ago and claim my own money now. I haven’t been there in five years. I have had multiple conversations with them years ago and was told this was handled very poor customer service or lack of empathy for their own mistakes.

★★Michael Woods*** First: if you lose something in the locker room, it will be gone forever, either thrown out or taken by the housekeeping staff. *** The facilities themselves are OK, but the YMCA seems more concerned these days extracting more and more money from its membership base than providing value for the money. The biggest example: there are two tiers for the locker room: basic and the paid upgrade ($15 extra). I get that gym locker rooms are gross as a rule, but the basic locker room is usually pretty nasty. There’s usually trash left behind by one of the kids swim teams. The kids also love to just leave the showers running as well wasting water. Maybe you’re cool with that, but I’m not. Perhaps the point of keeping the locker room deliberately dirty is to make you purchase the upgrade? Check out the photos and judge for yourself.
