I cannot say enough good things about the Wayfinder Experience. Their programs give kids a space to be creative, learn about themselves & have tons of fun. They create a space where everyone can truly be themselves & be accepted. They do everything from trust exercises to character development to sword fighting & improv. They are a wonderful group of people with fantastic programs. The best!

Our son has participated in Sword Saturdays, One Day Adventures, and Summer Camps with Wayfinder. He absolutely LOVES it. He comes home completely tired out from playing and socializing and just having fun. We struggled for years to find an environment where he felt comfortable and confident, and there wasn't some kid picking on and bullying him. This is it! He's even doing his first sleep away this winter with Wayfinder, which we never thought would happen. Wayfinder has changed his life in so many positive ways. All of the staff have been beyond awesome and creative and fun and truly care about giving kids a place to belong and to be their authentic selves. He actually gets excited to see different staff, which has rarely been a part of afterschool or summer camps for him. It's also the only place where he's been able to really be himself and we aren't receiving calls that he is "too ... talkative, boisterous, wiggly, loud, over the top, etc." He's got a big personality and at Wayfinder, he's found his people! As a parent, it fills my heart with so much joy for him. Wayfinder ROCKS!!

I really can't say enough about how wonderful Wayfinder is! My children have been attending the summer camps for a few years now, we hired them to come to our house for a birthday party, and both kids have gone to the all day Saturday 'Living Legends' experiences as well. Each and every experience, my kids have returned joyful and excited, and so enthusiastic about their time spent at Wayfinder. The staff are extremely professional and kind, and they create an environment of inclusion and mindful community at every event. I am so so grateful to have these events in our area. I highly highly recommend.

A wonderful combination of theater experience, outdoor experience, and encouragement of child growth and maturation. Using live action role playing to put kids in dangerous and larger then life scenarios (while keeping them safe) and putting them in charge of these situations. Giving them problem solving and leadership skills, and a sense of self confidence they will carry with them into adulthood. The Wayfinder Experience is a summer camp no child should miss, take it from a long time camper themselves. I'm bringing my kids here when I have them.
