This place is ridiculous. Twice I had an account there and froze my account Because I was unable to attend the club due to being out of town. The staff did not freeze my account which is not of my doing and I acquired a collections bill from them that I knew nothing about I was welcomed to back a third time with no mentioning of any collection account After attending for two months, they suddenly froze my account took my money and did not allow me to access the Club saying that I owed a previous balance and that it was my fault when it wasn’t. I was charged as a new member $160 for me and my son but then denied access to the Club The assistant general manager was very rude and was not willing to admit that it was their fault. The account was not frozen. I should’ve been made aware before even being allowed to sign up that there was a past balance Now they have the nerve to send me text messages asking how my experience is in the club as if I’m still a member

I am actually not a fan of gyms in general. I can tell you Villa sport is next level. It has a different vibe. Staff is always nice, the machines are clean and it smells fresh. Great classes and I have an excellent trainer that I see three times a week.

This is the quality you can expect when you join a fancy gym. I have been complaining to Managment for months with empty promises they are working on it. Maybe this will get their attention 🤷‍♂️

Perfect Winter Escape Indoor Pool, Spa & Full Athletic Club Experience What’s better than a country club on a cold, rainy winter day? During one of our visits to the Roseville area, we decided to spend the day at Villa Sport Athletic Club Roseville and it was absolutely worth every cent of the $42 daily pass. From the moment we arrived, the experience started smoothly. There is a large, convenient parking area for guests, and the entrance itself is spacious and welcoming. At the check-in desk, one of the staff members kindly guided us through the quick online registration process. Within minutes we were registered, paid, and ready to enjoy the facilities. We headed straight to the locker rooms, which were impressively clean, well organized, and very spacious. There are plenty of lockers, comfortable seating areas, well maintained showers, and even a sauna everything you’d expect from a premium athletic club. The indoor pool area was the real highlight, especially given the gloomy weather outside. The complex features both indoor and outdoor swimming pools suitable for lap swimming, along with water slides and fun features for kids. There are hot whirlpools inside and outside, making it an ideal place to relax and warm up. Upstairs, you’ll find a large and fully equipped gym with a wide variety of machines and workout areas. The club also offers on-site cafés where you can purchase food, snacks, and drinks, plus multiple seating areas both indoors and outdoors. Overall, Villa Sport Athletic Club Roseville delivers a high-quality, resort-style wellness experience perfect for workouts, swimming, and relaxation, especially on a rainy day. Highly recommended. 💪🏊‍♂️🌧️ Lost my Vibram FiveFingers shoes here and didn’t even realize it until weeks later. I was honestly sure they were gone — but the staff kept them safe in lost & found for over 3 weeks! Super honest and professional team. Huge thanks — you saved me $140 and a lot of frustration.

This place is all about scamming people. I have already filed a claim with the Better Business Burea and plan on also filing a lawsuit against their unethical business practices. I was a member in 2022 under my ex boyfriends account. After we ended the relationship I opened a separate account and removed myself from his completely. Two months after I opened my account I came in to make my payment and was told by the manager, Denise, that I am not welcome back in unless I paid the balance on my ex's account. I explained to her that im not liable for his balance and to take that up with him. She didn't even let me finish talking, instead she cancelled my current account right there and then. Almost 4 years went by and I didnt get anything from Villa sport. Last month I received an email asking me to come back and offering a promotion so I decided to give them a second chance. I paid $140 for a months membership. I went two times and on my second trip I was told by the front desk that my account was flagged and that I cant come back until I speak with the manager, Nick, who will call me the following day. Four days I waited for a call until finally I called the manager myself. He told me that I had a balance of $385 for the account I opened in my name. The balance included a $85 cancelation fee, one months past due membership fee, and 2 months of late fees. I told him that I never cancelled my account and that it was cancelled for me by the manager. I refuse to pay a cancelation fee for something I didn't cancel. I also refuse to pay membership fees for a place that I was told not to return to. If that was the case I wanted my $140 refund immediately since I only went two times before I was told not to return. His response was that i wouldn't be getting back a penny and that they will apply it to my past due debt. This is not only unethical but it's fraud. I never got a single letter about any debt in 4 years, then I get an email begging me to come back just for them to take my money and tell me that I cant use my membership. I read reviews left by other people and it seems like this is an ongoing issue with Villa Sport. This is definitely a basis for a class action lawsuit.
