★★But Then What?

I attended this gym around 2008 for over a year. I hope things are different now, but back then, anyone could come in and watch the children (who were in leotards practicing). I imagine they said that they only let kids, parents, and trainers in, but people can always lie and they hardly checked. Random old men would come in and sit in the observation deck area and watch us, I always tried to hide but if you’ve seen the layout, there is no hiding. I felt like a deer being stalked by mountain lions. Destroyed my self esteem/image and gave me intense anxiety. Most the class trainers were great though, just wish I’d been more protected.

So far my son is enjoying classes. He is Autistic and needs additional help. Our first class was a little iffy but after that he really seems to enjoy it as long as there is a teacher there to explain what to do and point him in the right direction

Great gym, great coaches. Love the summer camp options too!! But DESPERATELY needs an A/C overhaul or massive upgrade to their ventilation and cooling system (not sure that they currently even have actual A/C because it is THAT hot and I just see basic fans on which are essentially just swirling the hot air around) As a parent I am trying to sit and watch my kids during their classes but I can’t wait to get back to the car for A/C because I am always sweating so profusely in this gym that I need to go change my sweaty clothes after we leave the gym- this is for basically half of the year or more, but it’s especially bad during summertime. We have been coming here for years now and it’s always been this way so this isn’t just a temporary issue or something. Subtracting 1 star because of the lack of comfort for parents, grandparents and not to mention the poor gymnasts who are exercising in this very hot, humid gym. I know kids are resilient and the coaches do encourage a lot of water breaks, which is good, but I think for what we are paying these days they could do a lot better than this. Will upgrade to 5 stars if/when they make the gym comfortable.

I’m giving them 5 stars although they deserve more. It’s an excellent gym. My daughter goes there and has learned so much, and they give water when your little ones forget it. The coaches and staff are excellent. (My daughters favorite is Coach Katie, although she loves them all). This gym is excellent and has made a huge impact on my daughters life. Would recommend this gym for everyone!

My kids have been coming here for 17 years. They have all had good experiences with the staff and coaches. My youngest son just completed two years of preschool with them. He has some developmental challenges and they were amazing with him.
