We did an outdoor climbing session with Steve and it could not have been a better experience! It was our first time climbing outdoors (sadly we are mostly gym rats) and Steve, our guide, was absolutely amazing! He is patient, super knowledgeable and passionate about climbing. He found the perfect climbs for us (outdoor climbing is very different from indoors in grading etc.), made us feel completely comfortable from the get-go and was 100% able to share his love for sport climbing with us. We are already looking into our next adventure with him. His climbing gym (Green Mountain Rock Climbing Center) is very sweet as well and we are so glad we came across the absolute gem!

Myself and 2 other people were lucky to spend a whole day with Steve as our guide for top rope! He was very communicative, patient and supportive. He helped us with technique and gave really solid pointers. I highly recommend working with him if you get a chance!! We had such a wonderful day and are looking forward to more guided climbs with him in the future!

There are not enough stars! I want to give more than five stars! I went out with Steve for a rappel, caving and climbing adventure and it was outstanding- a wonderful time from start to finish! I felt super lucky to have met Steve- he was a wealth of knowledge, an all over deeply good person with the biggest heart and just a pleasure to be around. We had a wonderful time exploring, the adventures were more than we could have asked for- we cannot wait to book our next Vermont Adventure Tour!

My family and I spent two days with Steve to learn the basics about climbing because I’ve always been interested and wanted my kids to learn something new over Spring break. We got so much more. Steve and his team are incredible instructors, professional, patient, supportive and kind. Steve is full of great stories and incredibly safe. The gym is very well equipped and has anything you could ever want. We learned so much more than we expected and had an incredible time in the process. Very reasonable rates and the best instruction you can get. My eldest daughter and I have really taken to climbing and are hooked. We plan on returning in the summer. Amazing petiole and the best climbing place I’ve ever been to.

I went ice climbing for the first time with two guides, Steve and Ben, and they're awesome. I have some rock experience and wanted to learn how to get into ice, so Steve tailored the session to teach me technique, safety, and other considerations. I also got a chance to try all sorts of gear so I could make an educated purchase later. They're a fun group to work with and we had a blast out there. Steve went above and beyond doing recon of various places throughout the week so we could get the best climbing experience. They base out of a really cool climbing gym in Rutland and do a bunch of other guided experiences. I'll definitely try and link up with Steve and Ben again sometime.
