Powered by GoogleBoth of my kids have utilized Ulete for sports the past 2 years and I continue to be impressed with both the facility and the staff. The turf is in great condition, the facilities are always clean, and the variety of programs available for American football and soccer is expansive. They also offer opportunities for private training and summer camps.
Ulete has decent facilities, but the staff experience was below expectations. The coach showed little emotional awareness when working with young children. There’s a clear difference between a child who is still developing skills but is coachable and one who isn’t ready — that nuance didn’t seem to be understood. After speaking privately with the coach mid session, the manager told me the coach wanted to talk to me, who then informed us they intended to cut our child’s session short — mid-session. If there were concerns, they should have been communicated directly and handled constructively, rather than abruptly ending a child’s play time. The overall response felt reactive and unnecessarily hostile rather than solution-oriented. A simple conversation and check on skills readiness ahead of the session would have left a better impression. Additionally, pricing is only disclosed after admission, which lacks transparency and makes it difficult for families to evaluate the program upfront. Edit to owner's response: Publicly detailing a child's behavior to defend adult staff's actions says more than we could. No gear requirements were communicated during our email correspondence. No intake screening was offered. We had communicated on the first visit that our kid had only played in Soccer Shots. This feedback is about incorporating better processes, transparency, and emotional awareness while dealing with young children.
First of all, I’d like to say that the soccer field here is excellent it’s a great place to play and enjoy the sport. However, I’ve encountered an issue that I feel needs to be addressed. On two separate occasions, after paying the $5 monthly fee in cash, I was later told that my payment was never received. Both times, the same two staff members a man and a woman insisted I hadn’t paid, even though I clearly had. It appears they may be pocketing the cash payments instead of recording them properly. I kindly request that management review the security cameras and payment records to look into this matter. While the total amount in question is small ($10), the experience itself was disappointing and made me feel unwelcome. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly explain myself over something so simple. For other customers, I strongly recommend avoiding cash payments and instead using a debit or credit card, so there’s always a clear record of your transactions. Thank you for taking this seriously I hope this helps improve the experience for everyone.
This is an amazing facility! The turf is cleaned and groomed regularly. The youth programs and their coaches are great! Love to be here!
Excellent facility! The turf is nice, great seating, and good air flow. The front desk staff was very accommodating. It was my daughter's first time playing there, and she needed a club pass to play. My grandmother had to take her and get her signed up on the computer and fill out release forms. Ian, I believe he was the manager, promptly came over and was happy to help walk her through the process. Getting signed up was quick and easy!
