We hosted Quarry Church' of Montcello's staff retreat at Camp Courage. The facility was great. Allie in the camp office was exceptional in meeting our needs. The new pool/gym build are fantastic. Our lunch was great as well. We'll be back.

[2024 in Winter Season] This campus is my newest favorite place to hang out with many youths, adult leaders, and my siblings to finally spend time with each other and know very good well! I also knew the place around the area that they have is the seven fire rings of campfires next to their each cabin and the walk trail as well, too. It's a brilliant place to stay indoors/outdoors during this winter. But then, about the sinks, water drink, and the showers. This place is endangered sadly... the water facility has an issue of water pipes with a chemical iron that it tasted like from the high school back then... This entire place is under construction, and it's going to shut down, and they will rebuild a whole place to be as new, and the result to build shall be one year until it returns good as new for a whole family and friends together... (:( I am definitely feeling sorry for the owners, and employees must've been working hard to make it to make it. It's a beautiful place to shine up. I am also "the rookie explorer" to discover around the areas and indoor buildings. The first building we arrived at was the gym and swimming pool activity. According to its poor place, it used to be very active for a very long time ago (it's not my first time to discuss any location). If you are planning to stay at the campus, ✅️ you must bring over 4 packages of water bottles and 4 water gallons with you (required for your family and friends to help you out than being alone) ✅️. ⚠️ Just try not to use bedroom sink for your brushed your teeth. ⚠️ Washing dishes and the shower is still good. You can only spend time at least 2 days/nights or 4 days/nights recommended. You'll get sweat easily by your favorite activities indoor/outdoor. As we prayed for TRUE FRIENDS CAMP COURAGE to be renewed and ultimate welcoming return! Amen... 🙏😔 ✝️ We are hopefully to meet you again, TRUE FRIENDS CAMP COURAGE... ✝️ - Jason

Every year me and my fellow Lady Aunts/Cousins and my mom go here in the winter months once a year for a Crafting retreat for ourselves and we always LOVE the cute cabins and especially the Rotory Cabin that's soo big and specious! Sadly it's being torn down this year (2025) but they plan to build a new building in its place in 2026. Excited to check out a different Cabin this year! Always love the friendly staff and clean cabins♡
