Treasure Island Sailing Center teaches sailing fundamentals - water safety, rigging, seamanship, steering, knots and sail trim - from Clipper Cove on San Francisco Bay. Summer camps run from mid-June through mid-August, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with extended care available from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.; camps are grouped for children ages 8 to 12 and teens 13 to 17. Older sailors choose among three tracks: Learn to Race, Learn to Teach (an instructor-in-training path) and Learn Keelboats. The nonprofit provides full scholarships to youth from households earning under $40,000 and half off for households under $70,000.

Can someone teach him about Anchorage rules? Today a very different story. Kids having fun and gaining skills. Instructor used our boat as a buoy and kids skillfully avoided hitting our hull.
