Posted hours mean nothing at this location. They open the kiddie pool once in a blue moon (also an hour after rec pool opens) but allow the normal rec pool capacity to count against the kiddie pool capacity due to shared lifeguards. Within 5 min of kiddie pool opening, the rec pool and life guard constraints forces the waitlist to 30-40 min which in practice is really 60-90 min.
