I only used the weight room during a business trip, so no comments on the rest of facilities. Lots of equipment for free weights. They allow chalk which is awesome for what I was doing
Please look at the pics I took. I could take hundreds if I wanted to. Filthy to say the least. Two of the managers disregard members requests for a clean and safe environment. They just say it will happen when it happens. After several complaints over several months by myself and other members, they have yet to fix the only fan that is meant to circulate the entire cardio room! it has been nonfunctional or just blows to the left side leaving the gym smelly and way too hot 🥵. Multiple times we have had to leave it was so bad.
I just love the staff here and the instructors of the swim fit classes, there are so many classes to choose from and all different levels of difficulty and time of day to fit anyone's schedule. I would recommend it for the older or out of shape people tring to get back to it that can't do treadmill and harder exercise bikes , Aqua fitness was a good fit for me , thank you YMCA
Our whole family attended the Christmas run. It was well created and attended. They offered good shirts, okay gloves, and passable food. It was very packed. On their route they periodically stopped the runners to let cars through the route, which is not ideal for a timed race or for pacing. It wasn't very expensive and was meant more for fun, so it was all good.
