This is the best swim school our daughters have been to. The one on one lessons are very hands on and making sure they are developing proper skills. This swim school is designed for all ages too. Even if you are an adult wanting to learn or become better they have classes for you too!!

Amazing approach to teaching. We went from a 3 year old who didn’t want to get her face wet to quickly loving to dive under water to get rings. She tackled trusting the water to float and she became an amazing swimmer. As a 21 year old, she still loves the water and enjoys swimming. Miss Susanne is the best. My daughter loved and trusted her. She continued with LSI until she was 12. Mastering all of her strokes, diving, flip turns and competing.

I highly recommend Lifestyle Swim! My daughter has progressed soo much!! She started at the YMCA and didn’t really enjoy it and seemed to forget what she learned and eventually doggy paddle. Now she is diving off the side, learning multiple swim styles and a very important life skill. And the number one thing that I love about Life Swim is how much my daughter loves it! She looks forward to it every time and tells me she wants to swim competitively in high school. Watching her swim and progress has been a gift and I fully credit the swim instructor’s. We love LSI swim school! The owner, Susanne, is wonderful, and all of her instructors are equally fantastic. After trying multiple swim schools when our kids were little, we never found the right fit, until we found LSI. I can confidently say LSI is the best in the Treasure Valley. They really take the time to emphasize technique and each student progresses at their own pace. LSI swim school keeps swim lessons fun and engaging for kids and adults but does so while prioritizing swim technique and safety. The pool and facilities are well maintained and they offer all sorts of equipment to assist with learning. They positively reward students for their hard work, with creative rewards like "Boat and Ribbon Day," and yummy gummy treats after class. My 3 kids have grown up taking group & private lessons, as well as specialized clinics like water polo, and I myself have taken adult swim clinics. We really love LSI and highly recommend it for swimming lessons!
